We design and manufacture battery charging and maintenance tools for workshops, service centres, OEM dealers and other industry professionals. Our products aren’t designed for the masses. We design our products specifically for professionals that require features that don’t compromise on performance.

Traction products are specified by major vehicle manufacturers including Jaguar Land Rover — a standard of trust that continues to this day.
2010s
Technology evolves with the industry
As AGM, EFB, lithium, and hybrid chemistries become standard, the Traction range expands to match — keeping professionals ahead of the curve.
2025
Acquired by Assessimus Group
Traction joins the Assessimus Group in October 2025, backing further investment in product development, UK manufacturing, and global distribution.
